Research
Did some gorilla interviewing with a few startup owners and entrepreneurs. The Stakeholder's goal is to attract small and large companies to contact their sales reps in order to make the sale.
User Test
I conducted user test with target clients by asking them to navigate the menu and prices in order to observe where any pain points may occur.
Insights:
- Users new to SEO are not sure where to start.
-No way to determine where their business would fit in pricing.
-Smaller company can't do monthly charge plans.
-Larger companies just want to compare.
-"I don't want to learn, I just want it done."

User interface
It was an easy call to add button to see prices in the hero image. The button anchors you down the homepage to the choice of Custom or Business Plans. Custom let's smaller business know we are willing to negotiate and the larger businesses can get straight to our prices. For everybody in between they see a story that's easy to scan and help them understand how their startup could benefit from hiring e-Sherpa.

Continued User Testing
I provide A/B testing with entrepreneurs I found in meetups and Facebook Groups.
More Insights:
-Like to learn but hate reading large pages.
-Confidence in vendor is broken if website looks boring.
-nobody has time to read all that.

Success
The pages below have the exact same amount of text yet the pages I designed with images and graphs were read to completion more often than the before pages.

Before and After redesign for e-sherpa Group's homepage and service page.

New business cards to match new website.
This next page is linked to the Get Custom Pricing button. Not all users have the same needs and it's impossible to anticipate every scenario. The page seems more personnel to appeal to entrepreneurs who prefer to contact a real person.
